How to place an order: Complete the order form with your name and phone number. Submission of the form constitutes an order request, not a binding contract.

Confirmation: A member of our team will telephone you to confirm the order details. A binding contract of sale is formed at the point of telephone confirmation.

Prices and currency: All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery - in cash or by card to the courier. No payment is required online or in advance.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel at any time before dispatch. Please inform us during the confirmation call, or by phone or email. Cancellation is free of charge. If you decline to accept the parcel on delivery, the order is automatically cancelled.

4. Limitation of Liability
