We deliver across the United Kingdom. Pay on delivery - cash or card to the courier, no online payment required. 14-day returns on unopened packs.
Pay When It Arrives
Once your order is confirmed by telephone, we dispatch it within 1-2 working days via a tracked UK courier service. When the parcel arrives at your door, you pay the courier directly - by cash or card. There is no need to pay anything online before receiving your order.
You will receive a confirmation call from our team before dispatch. This is your opportunity to confirm the delivery address, adjust any details or cancel the order at no charge.
If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions. You will not be charged unless you accept the parcel.

14-Day Returns
Unopened Packs
Return any unopened, intact pack within 14 calendar days of receipt. Contact us by email first and we will provide instructions.
Opened Packs
For hygiene reasons, food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or incorrectly described.
Refunds
We process refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving a valid return. Refund method matches the original payment.
Return Postage
Return postage is at the buyer's cost unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly supplied. We recommend a tracked service.
