Most UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of telephone confirmation. Delivery typically takes a further 1-2 working days, for a total of 1-3 working days in most cases.

Yes. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch - simply mention it during the confirmation call or contact us by email or phone. If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery; the order will be cancelled and no charge will be applied.

You may return an unopened, intact pack within 14 calendar days of receipt. As Onda Root Everyday Solution is a food supplement, packs with a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. Please contact us by email to begin the return process. Return postage is at the buyer's cost unless the item is defective.

Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a plant-derived material. Onda Root Everyday Solution contains no gelatin or animal-derived ingredients in the capsule shell.
